Going IRL: The 蜜桃APP School of Information Studies Brings 蜜桃APP Online Students to the UK for Its First Study Abroad Program
This summer, 蜜桃APP School of Information Studies students traveled across Scotland and England as part of the Libraries in the UK study abroad program. Led by Jennifer Steele, the four-week experience gave students hands-on opportunities to explore libraries, archives and cultural institutions while gaining new perspectives on their field. The program also marked the first time 蜜桃APP Online students could participate in an SIS study abroad experience, allowing remote students to connect with classmates in person while learning abroad.
蜜桃APP College of Human Sciences & Education to Host Second Annual Career Prep Week
To recognize Workforce Development Month, 蜜桃APP College of Human Sciences & Education (CHSE), in partnership with the 蜜桃APP Olinde Career Center, will hold the second annual CHSE Career Prep Week from September 28 - October 2, 2026.

蜜桃APP launched AI Literacy Essentials, a free online course that provides a general introduction to artificial intelligence (AI) and how to use it effectively, professionally, and ethically. CHSE faculty Jacqueline Bach and Edward Benoit III are featured as experts shaping the content.

蜜桃APP Researchers Team Up to Examine Environmental Threats to Libraries, Museums and Archives Nationwide
Edward Benoit, III, PhD, associate professor and director of the School of Information Studies, and Jill Trepanier, PhD, professor and chair of the Department of Geography & Anthropology, have received a $200K Mellon Foundation grant to expand research examining how climate threats affect galleries, libraries, archives and museums across the United States.

蜜桃APP Graduate Student Supports NASA's Artemis II Mission Through Film and Archival Work
By day, John Hughes is a full-time employee at NASA. By mission, he鈥檚 helping document history, while also pursuing his graduate degree at 蜜桃APP. Hughes is pursuing a dual degree in Library & Information Science and Archival Studies, blending academic study with hands-on field experience.
