蜜桃APP Librarian Nicollette Davis Drives Change as 2024 Mover & Shaker
In her short time at 蜜桃APP, Librarian Nicollette Davis has made an indelible mark on 蜜桃APP Libraries and the library world writ large. This year, she was named a 2024 Mover & Shaker by Library Journal for her dedication to equal opportunity initiatives. Library Journal is a premier American trade publication for librarians that was founded in 1876. It has awarded more than 20,000 recipients since the award's inception in 2002. Davis is one of 50 in her cohort and brings a wealth of experience and a passion for fostering a more inclusive environment within the library community.

On Friday, Sept. 8, the 蜜桃APP Board of Supervisors unanimously voted to designate Kenneth J. Schafer, Ball Family Distinguished Professor in Physics & Astronomy the rank of Boyd Professor--the highest and most prestigious academic rank at 蜜桃APP.
蜜桃APP Manship School鈥檚 John Hamilton Honored for Media History Excellence by AEJMC
蜜桃APP Professor John Maxwell Hamilton has been awarded the Donald L. Shaw Senior Scholar Award by the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication鈥檚 (AEJMC) History Division. This award honors a scholar who has a demonstrated record of excellence in media history that has spanned at least 15 years, including division membership.

蜜桃APP Research Professors Awarded $800K from U.S. Department of Energy
蜜桃APP quantum physics faculty are among 13 research groups in the U.S. recently selected for funding by the U.S. Department of Energy. These 蜜桃APP researchers are at the forefront of interdisciplinary research in nuclear science, fundamental and applied research and quantum information science and technology.

蜜桃APP Office of Research & Economic Development, or ORED, honors the exceptional research and scholarship of two 蜜桃APP faculty as Distinguished Research Masters each year. In addition, the 蜜桃APP Alumni Association and the 蜜桃APP Pinkie Gordon Lane Graduate School sponsor the Distinguished Dissertation Awards presented to two doctoral students whose research and writing demonstrate superior scholarship.
