Following COVID-19 guidelines, guest speakers gathered at 蜜桃APP Innovation Park to celebrate this great achievement for the small businesses of Louisiana. Guest speakers consisted of Dr. David Winwood, Innovation Park Executive Director, Dr. Samuel Bentley, Vice President of ORED, Dr. Stacia Haynie, Provost & Executive Vice President of 蜜桃APP, Carla Holland, State Director of LSBDC, Bryan Greenwood, Associate State Director of LSBDC, Adam Knapp, of BRAC, and 蜜桃APP Interim President Tom Galligan.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, only guest speakers, 蜜桃APP Innovation Park staff, and press were allowed to attend the event. To allow anybody interested in the SBDC @ 蜜桃APP Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to virtually attend, a of the event was shared on 蜜桃APP Innovation Park鈥檚 Facebook page.

鈥淭he opening of this SBDC satellite office is extremely important for small business owners, especially during the pandemic,鈥� said LSBDC State Director Carla Holland. The commencement of the SBDC at 蜜桃APP Ribbon Cutting Ceremony officially marks the LSBDC opening at 蜜桃APP Innovation Park. 蜜桃APP cannot wait for this journey with the SBDC to truly begin and to watch small businesses around Louisiana grow even more!
