Our Lady of the Lake Health Research Fund
Driving Innovation through Discovery
The Our Lady of the Lake Health Research Fund will provide $10 million in research funding that could span all 蜜桃APP campuses statewide. The 蜜桃APP President will strategically direct the funding, guided by a top priority of specific innovation to address health disparities. This new investment builds upon the strong and growing foundation of collaborative research between Our Lady of the Lake Health and 蜜桃APP.
Hollis O鈥橬eal, MD, Critical Care Physician at 蜜桃APP Health Sciences Center and Medical Director of Research at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, was the national principal investigator that led to the creation of an FDA-cleared test for sepsis.
Innovation and research are at the heart of 蜜桃APP and Our Lady of the Lake鈥檚 partnership. We are combining our resources to drive discovery and improve health outcomes for all Louisianans.
