Building Louisiana鈥檚 Nursing & Allied Health Pipeline

LCMC Health is investing $10 million to develop an 蜜桃APP scholarship fund focused on addressing nursing and allied health workforce needs in Louisiana. Spanning two campuses, this portion of the gift will establish a pathway program that supports future nurses at all stages of their education: $8.6 million will benefit the School of Nursing at 蜜桃APP Health New Orleans and $1.4 million benefiting the pre-nursing program on 蜜桃APP鈥檚 flagship campus in Baton Rouge.

The 蜜桃APP-LCMC Health Scholars Program opened for student applications in November 2022.
The first class of 蜜桃APP-LCMC Health Scholars was selected in January 2023.
